Terms of Service — Daily Grow

In short: Daily Grow is a tool to help you organize your day and your money. It's free while we're in beta. You own your content. The app's AI features are helpful estimates, not professional financial advice. Please use the app responsibly.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using Daily Grow (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

2. The service

Daily Grow provides task management, habit tracking, finance tracking (including receipt scanning and split bills), journaling, and AI-assisted features such as the Grow Assistant, insights, and forecasting. We may add, change, or remove features over time as we improve the Service.

3. Beta and pricing

Daily Grow is currently in beta and completely free — all features, no limits. Because it's early, some features may change, break, or be adjusted as we build with our users.

We may introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, we will give notice before charging you, and you will be able to choose whether to subscribe. Early users who share feedback may become Founding Members and keep special perks when paid plans launch; the specific perks will be described at that time.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Tell us promptly at info@dailygrow.net if you suspect unauthorized use.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use the Service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent.
Attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the Service's security or infrastructure.
Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service, or use it to build a competing product from our data.
Upload content that infringes others' rights or that you don't have permission to share.

6. Your content

You own the content you create in Daily Grow — your tasks, habits, financial records, receipts, and journal entries. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you, including running the AI features you choose to use. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we do not sell it.

7. AI features and no financial advice

The Service includes AI-generated content such as suggestions, categorizations, insights, and forecasts. AI can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it.

Not professional advice. Daily Grow's finance features and AI forecasts are for personal organization and information only. They are not financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. For decisions that matter, consult a qualified professional.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, data storage, and AI processing. Your use of the Service may be subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be accurate or preserved. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important information.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daily Grow and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Because the Service is currently offered free of charge, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which may be zero) or PHP 5,000.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the Service in a way that could harm other users or the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as content license limits, disclaimers, and liability) will survive.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts located in [City/Province], Philippines, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
